We were walking through the busy streets of VV Puram, Bengaluru. We found a special place that made my taste buds very happy: Mr & Ms Corn. It’s near National High School on Kavi Lakshmisha Road. This small cart has been making customers happy for more than two years. It has a creative way of making sweet corn.

As we got closer to the cart, run by two clever engineering students who are now skilled cooks, We smelled something delicious in the air. The menu had a lot of different sweet corn dishes, each with its own mix of flavours and textures. They have more than 50 kinds of corn dishes, from steamed to fried. There’s something for everyone’s taste.
Crispy Corn Eating Experience
But the Crispy Corn was the real star of the show. They made it by frying soft corn kernels and adding a mix of salt, tasty spices, and tangy flavours. It was a special dish, not like anything else. They also had other tempting options like the spicy Peri Peri Masala and the cool Pudina Masala. Each gives a different tasty experience.
We were impressed by how delicious it tasted. We were also impressed by how much they cared about every little thing. They served our Crispy Corn in a corn leaf, which was good for the environment. Not using plastic and frying the kernels in corn oil made it even better. And adding fresh coriander and onion gave it a nice crunch.
Even though the food was good, what surprised us the most was how cheap it was. They started at just 35 rupees and the most expensive thing was only 60 rupees. Mr & Ms Corn makes sure that enjoying tasty food doesn’t cost a lot of money.
