Brahmin Cafe Idli and chutney review

Hidden in the busy area of Banashankari in Bengaluru, there’s a good place to eat called the Brahmin Cafe. When we went inside, it smelled nice like South Indian food and we knew we were in for some delicious eating. The menu had lots of South Indian dishes like idli, Khara Bath, and Kesari Bath. We were eager to try them, so we ordered the classic idli.

Idli and chutney

After a few minutes, our idlis arrived, hot and steamy. As we tried them, we knew we were in for a treat. They were so soft and tasty, almost like they were melting in our mouths with every bite. With the idlis came different kinds of chutneys, each with its own unique taste. There was coconut chutney, creamy and smooth, and green chutney, spicy and tangy. They matched with the idlis, making the meal even better. What made the idlis at Brahmin Cafe special was how they were made. You could tell they were made with a lot of care and skill. They were steamed right, so they were soft but still held together. As we enjoyed every bite, we felt thankful for the simple joy of having a perfectly made idli. It reminded us that happiness can come from the little things, like eating a soft idli with chutney.
